Having to adapt to a new environment and live with people from another culture, <g id=\"gid_0\">I realized the impact that learning and living in a foreign country has on our lives<\/g>. From that moment on, I formed a very strong bond with this country. <\/li>\n<li>A few years later, I left Madrid to settle in Milan, where I lived for three years. I learned the language so well that I ended up working as a translator. <\/li>\n<li>For several years, I have also worked in administration, sales, and marketing departments for international companies.<\/li>\n<li>I enjoy volunteering, especially if it is related to education and social welfare.<\/li>\n<li>In 2017, I turned my life around 180 degrees. For the first time, I swapped my suitcase for a backpack and set off to <strong><u>TRAVEL AROUND THE WORLD ALONE<\/u><\/strong>. I travelled for a year and fell in love with a different way of life, as well as with the 13 countries I visited, the hundreds of people who smiled at me along the way, and every step I took. Last year, I was interviewed for a travel podcast and talked about this decision. You can listen to the interview below!   <\/li>\n<li>After that trip, in 2018, I spent some time in the United Kingdom. As I didn&#8217;t know which city to live in, I started my experience by volunteering at a Buddhist monastery in the Lake District. I got to meet other volunteers from all over the world and practice English all day long! I also helped other language and Spanish culture enthusiasts improve their Spanish and traveled around part of the country.   <\/li>\n<li>I currently work from home in Cantabria, organising the best immersion trips for you.<\/li>\n<li>I receive ongoing training in ELE as a Spanish teacher for foreigners and teach both Spanish and Italian online.
